Withdraw from a purchase

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. We refund the full amount.

Fill in your details and confirm. You don't need to sign in.

Shown on your confirmation and in My Collection. A receipt or invoice number works too.

The address you bought with. We send the confirmation there.

You can also withdraw by email to info@octarr.com, from the address you bought with, or with the model withdrawal form in our terms of sale. How refunds work is in our refund policy.
